SEVK Tutor provides online educational services.

Lesson Rescheduling

Students may reschedule lessons with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Completed Lessons

Completed lessons are non-refundable.

Teacher Cancellation

If a lesson cannot be delivered due to teacher availability or technical issues on our side, students may choose a replacement lesson or receive account credit.

Refund Review

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days.
